Below are the criteria to join us:
1. Age should be between 25 to 30 years.
2. Should be a graduate from a recognised University.
3. Should be fluent in speaking English.
4. Have a good accent.
5. Should have a good figure/body built.
6. Must have an attractive personality.
7. Experience in this field will be given more preference.
8. Smart, good looking and confident.
9. Should have the courage to travel alone anywhere in India and outside of India.
10. Should be capable to handle the situation and be confident enough to take the right decisions.
11. You will be given full security and safety while travelling to other cities for our organization work purpose.
Selection process:
Anyone who matches the above criteria can write us, along with their complete bio data and with few recent photographs (full view and close view). Once our recruiting department selects, and if all your qualification matches with our criteria’s then we will call you for a screen test. Once the selection process is done you will go under training for about 3 months. Once your training is successfully completed with us then we will start assigning you with new clients. Depending on one’s performance and client’s feedback and appraisal, appreciation will be provided in terms of remuneration or incentive.
1. For other city apart from Delhi/NCR flight fare and hotel charges will be taken care by our organization. In case if you spend money in emergency, money will be reimbursed by the organization.
2. During your training period, remuneration will be given to you for three months as per organization policy.
3. Once your training is complete, you will be under a probation period with us for another three months.
4. During the probation period some of your share will be deducted by the organization to bear your training expenses, provided to you.
5. Your share will be decided by the organization policy and disclosed once the selection process is complete. Our share is quite handsome as compared to other places.
6. Once you are involved with our organization you cannot work with any kind of massage centre or spa therapy centre.
7. You will be informed about your assigned sessions, about client details and address minimum 2 hours before the mentioned time for Delhi/NCR and one day before for other cities.
8. Under any circumstances you are not allowed to share any details about our clients with anyone. We shall take strict legal action if you share any of our client’s details.
9. Once the session is assigned to you, you cannot deny the client.
10. You cannot ask for any bribe or tips from any client.
11. You are not allowed to share any personal details with the client.
12. You will not entertain any calls or texts from our clients once the session is over as per the organization’s policy.
